[05.) BLOG POST: WATERJET CUTTING
Here is the final water jet cut in comparison to the laser cut: My file was being weird and wasnt working when I tried to make th eg codeI did it very last minute so peter was kind enough to helped me prepere the file, in the ned , I got it done. many porblems - i dint connect all the lines - somehow it got scaled way up - the bit mark doesnt quite read as a bite mark The cut itself wnet smoothly only took abou 15 - 20 min I forgot to document it before I folded it post processing: sanded the burs off and the tabs i dint do my plan of addiing the straight portion at the botttom of the toblerone, and I didnt add one more secition so it reads more as toblerone... however it is still much better than the laser cut verion because the copper holds itself up. i enjoyed folsing it together as the copper verison, I nerly forgot which side I need to do first, and it was a bit difficult, getting the exact correct angles.the tiny parts were hard to fold becaus ethye are so delicate.
